Retuns and cancellations

 

DirectStoreUK provide a 14 day money back gurantee. Items can be returned at within 14 days of receiving the item, if the item has not been used, has all parts and original packaging in tact for full refund.

 

Please note that the returns are to be send back at buyers expense, and this will not be refunded. Please ensure that the item is packed as original, with sufficient protection around the item. DirectStoreUK will not refund items that are damaged on return by customer use or improper packing. DirectStoreUK cannot be liable for any returns that lost in the post and recommend customers return the item using a trackable delivery.

 

To Return  and item please contact us via sales@directstoreuk.com or through your DirectStoreUK Account, quoting the order number. We will provide you with a returns number, which you will need place with the item and send back you us.Items sent back with out a returns refers may not be accepted or can delay refund.

 

Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge, but excludes the products listed as exceptions below.

 

Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange

We can't offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items:

 

  • products which have been personalised for you, such as stationery or gifts
  • made to order products such as furniture or made to measure items

 

Where a product has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange. We're unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 48 hours of the order being placed. We'll make this clear when you place your order.
